JOYFUL is the perfect name & description

Joyful is very accurately named because that is exactly how I feel about 30 min after consuming. 1/4 dose for me is pure functional bliss without feeling intoxicated . My stress and anxiety relieved with no groggy feeling just pure Joy!

Awesome for sleep

I have chronic neck degenerative disc disease with pain that wakes me up at night. Stiffness and spasm are intermittent 24/7

Background

I found when I hit my 40’s that I was still sleeping through the night, but I wasn’t getting the quality of sleep that I did in my 30’s. I tried to find alternative sleep aids that would help get that quality back such as melatonin, a blackout sleep mask and even white noise. I decided to try dream and was very happy to be able to adjust my dose based on my experiences.

The Experience

I started with 1/2 a gummy even though I was Blue in my dosing quiz. I was extremely worried about having a groggy morning and with work and kids to get ready, I don’t have the option of not being on my A game in the morning.
The 1/2 dose was good and I slept but I realized the real magic in the dosing quiz and figured I really needed to see what the full 1 gummy dose would do for my sleep.

WOW! I really started to feel the full gummy about 75min after I took it. I was very relaxed and realized that slipping into a restful sleep was right around the corner for me. I wear a sleep tracking ring and it really spoke volumes about the help Dream gave me. I had the best night of both deep and REM sleep that I’ve ever gotten. I registered over 2 hours of both and that is just unheard of for me. I also went into my deep sleep far quicker than normal.

Follow-up

I felt so good the next morning that I got up and was even able to do a full exercise routine because I had zero groggy feeling or lasting sleepiness. I am in love with the sleep this gave me! The black cherry taste was great. I would definitely do the full dose you get from the quiz for this product. As I said, I got good sleep with a 1/2 dose but the magic was in the full dose. Knowing there were no groggy after effects was so amazing that I honestly can’t wait to take it again. I would definitely recommend this to anybody else who just can’t seem to get that quality of sleep we used to have.

Background

I have an extremely stressful job and I got into running during the pandemic as a way to relieve workplace stress. Since 2020 I have run in 5 marathons 4 of them being the World Majors. It’s become a healthy outlet for myself and my family, but running long distances is hard on my body now that I’m in my 40’s. I found myself complaining to my wife about leg soreness after my long runs. We decided to try Soothe as a more natural pain relief rather than OTC medications and creams. I ran 17miles the day before (26 hours prior to taking it) and was extremely sore.

The Experience

I took a full gummy based on the dosing chart. I was a “blue” dose and decided to start with 1 full gummy. I started to notice a relaxing effect after about 45min. At the 60-75min mark I felt the full effects and was shocked at the pain management and overall euphoric and pain free feeling I was experiencing. The full gummy achieved the desired pain management of prescribed pain medications but without all the associated side effects. I ended up falling asleep from the soothing effects, but still woke up on my own during my regular time (around 5:45am) and had zero side effects. The pain that I was experiencing in my calves and feet (especially my heels) the day before was completely gone! I honestly felt like I do 3-4 days post run instead of it being day 2.

Follow-up

The tangerine taste was awesome! I was worried about it being a medicinal taste and was so happy I enjoyed taking it. I would recommend taking 1/2 your recommended dose of this one to start with as I found myself blissfully pain free, but more euphoric than I was expecting and I ended up dozing off earlier than expected as well. Overall I will have this as a staple in my post run recovery repertoire and having a safe alternative to prescribed pain medications without the awful side effects is a game changer.
