Starting using Dream several months ago after a friend told me about it and haven’t looked back.

Sometimes I’ll take some Soothe or Soaring earlier in the evening to start to chill- then closer to bedtime I’ll take Dream and slide right into unconsciousness and a great nights sleep.

I would recommend to anyone (over 21) that would like to sleep better.

FINALLY! This product was just suggested to me by a friend. After several nights, taking 1/2 of a gummy, I fall asleep within 15 to 20 minutes, wake up to pee, drift off again quickly and feel refreshed and well rested the next morning.
