I have found taking the dream gummy to work beautifully for me. I have used other products in the past, but this brand worked quickly and was not over powering. I didn’t use the dosing algorithm the first time, and it took too much. It felt unpleasant, but then I took the test and realized I took a whole gummy when I should have taken 1/4. Sometimes I’ll take some Soothe or Soaring earlier in the evening to start to chill- then closer to bedtime I’ll take Dream and slide right into unconsciousness and a great nights sleep.
I would recommend to anyone (over 21) that would like to sleep better.
