A nice little accessory that makes dividing a gummy into four equal parts. Little bits of the gummy build up on the divider but submerging in water for a while dissolves it.

After 2 weeks of usage, I'm thinking - believing? - the Dream gummies are working as advertised about 50% of the time. To be safe I've stopped drinking my evening wine, and my plan at this point is to keep using the gummies for the duration (1/4 gummy, so 100 nights). It remains to be seen if I become a firm believer in their effectiveness or not.
