One Clinical Professional’s Honest Review of Deltrium’s DREAM: A Personal Journey with THC for Sleep

As a long-time insomniac, the promise of drifting off to a gentle, uninterrupted sleep seemed almost too good to be true. However, my experience with Deltrium’s DREAM pleasantly surprised me, and I’m eager to share my honest review and thoughts.

First Impressions

The DREAM gummy, flavored with black cherry, immediately won me over with its taste. It perfectly balanced sweetness with a subtle bitterness typically associated with CBD products. The black cherry flavor effectively masked the usual aftertaste, making the gummy enjoyable from start to finish.

The Experience

1 Hour Mark:
Approximately one hour after consuming 1/4 of the DREAM gummy, I began to feel a slight tingle in my cheeks, reminiscent of the mild numbness experienced after a couple of glasses of wine. This sensation was gentle and relaxing, without being overpowering or concerning.

2 Hour Mark:
Two hours in, I noticed a pleasant drowsiness. I wasn’t feeling overwhelmingly sleepy but was instead enveloped in a cozy, comfortable state. It was a delightful feeling of relaxation, prompting me to head to bed. For the first time in years, I drifted off to sleep effortlessly, without any anxiety. I wasn’t in a deep, snoring sleep, but I was incredibly comfortable and at ease.

The Night

Although I didn’t sleep through the entire night, which I still consider a bit of a pipe dream, the quality of sleep I experienced was remarkable. When I did wake up, it wasn’t jarring or prolonged as usual. Instead, I simply glanced at the clock, rolled over, and drifted back to sleep with ease. This is a significant improvement for me, as I typically wake up for extended periods, debating whether to get up and read.

Another important note is that I didn’t feel drugged or groggy. I felt aware and capable of responding if needed, which is crucial for a parent.

The Morning

Waking up was the real kicker for me. After countless years of trying various sleeping medications, this was the ONLY thing that didn’t leave me groggy and foggy in the morning. I woke up easily, with no dry mouth, no foggy head, and none of that “wanting to just lay there for another hour” feeling. I easily got out of bed, got my coffee, and was ready to tackle my day! This refreshing wakefulness makes the product highly beneficial for people like me.

Final Thoughts

Would I take Dream again? Absolutely! I think I’ll experiment with adding a bit more to the dosage, but overall, I am very happy with the results.

Thoughts for Future Product Distribution and Development:

I would be extremely interested in a sampler pack. After looking at the website, there are at least two other products I’d like to try, but buying an entire pack without knowing if they suit my needs seems cost-prohibitive. A “make your own sampler” option with 1-2 of a few different options would be amazing.

For instance, Soothe for post-running recovery and Energy for those busy days would be worth trying. Additionally, the development of individually packaged “single doses” would be excellent for travelers. A single, individually wrapped gummy would provide 2-4 doses for someone like me, and I would definitely purchase them to ensure I get the rest or boost I need while on the road.

I haven’t seen the product advertised before, but I look forward to seeing where Deltrium goes from here. I know the places I would advertise, and I hope to start seeing them pop up soon.
